Service Description
This Package Includes 10 x hours to be used as needed. Please note: - This package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No refunds are available for failure to use your 10 hours within the timeframe specified. - Our package includes meetings within the Eastern Suburbs, South-Eastern Suburbs, Bay Area, Melbourne and Northern Suburbs. Any meetings required outside these areas will incur a travel fee. - Any additional time required outside of the included 10 hours will be charged at our hourly rate of $150+GST. A $100+GST travel fee also applies for meetings. - By paying any amount for the Services as set out above, you will be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained below. If you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions, you should not make any payment, or proceed with the Services. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The consultation, and any materials provided in relation to, or as part of (Consultation Services), contain information and content that is owned by YDM Studio Pty Ltd ACN 665 606 486 (YDM) and is protected by all intellectual property and copyright laws recognised throughout the world, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 (USA), whether existing under statute, at common law or in equity, now or hereafter in force. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing and/or transferring the Consultation Services to any third party or person, or using them for any commercial or other purpose other than intended, without express written permission. The Consultation Services aim to provide a summary and general overview on matters of interest. They are not intended to be comprehensive, nor do they constitute building and construction or other professional advice.
